Lucia Guerro
Lucia Guerro, born 11-30-1982 in Los Santos, is Howard Pacones love interest and partner.
Life and career
She was born and raised in the mansion near the El Gordo Lighthouse, which he later on inherited from her parents, Miguel and Maria Guerro. Her father was the keeper of the lighthouse, and wanted her to take over his job when he retired, but she refused. The new keeper now lives in the lighthouse itself.
Using the lighthouse as reloading site for drug smugglers, Miguel Guerro had made a small fortune, so Lucia can be considered as rather wealthy.
In Howard Pacones first job, he worked as bar keeper in the Richman Mansion, a place where every night is a party, which she frequently attended. This is where she met him the first time, although he didn't remember her in City of Broken Dreams 2 - Payback Time, when she helped him escape from prison.
After she helped him escape and take his revenge on the Joker, she moved in with Howard and became his partner and lover. While she is shown in City of Broken Dreams 2 - Payback Time fighting and shooting, in The Shady Avenger she is depicted as the brain of the operation.
