Sometimes you better leave a heritage untouched, if it comes under conditions.

Frank H. Gordon jr. has inherited an old cottage. Only condition: He has to spend a night there. Of course he thinks that this condition is no big deal and heads there.
But he soon finds out that this house is obviously haunted by the ghost of a little girl. At least, he sees her there, but every time she appears, it's only for a second or so. Deciding, he's just imagining things, he goes to bed.
But he has a nightmare. In his dream, he has to fight zombies. As he finally wakes up, he goes for a run.

Is it all imagination or is it real? The film doesn't answer that. But as the credits roll, you can clearly see, that the house, where Frank seemingly was, is in fact a burned-down ruin. So maybe he was in fact just imagining everything.
